The Coastal Outcast is a team of dudes who have an unhealthy obsession with being on the water. Bart has had almost 20 years of fly fishing experience. His passion for fly fishing started when moving to Northern Colorado almost two decades ago. Since then, he has explored everywhere from the mountain west to the Appalacians and all over the southeast. He relocated to the panhandle three years ago and you will probably find him in the water from St. Andrews Bay to Destin. His goal is to share his knowledge and passion with anglers who are interested in saltwater fly fishing.
